MEASUREMENT AND EVALUATION COMMISSION

Contributes to the measurement, evaluation, and self-evaluation processes carried out in the department; provides support to increase the effectiveness of these processes.

Prepares, applies, and analyzes surveys to be applied at the student, faculty member, or program level, and shares the obtained results by reporting them to the relevant units.

Plans and conducts evaluation surveys aimed at faculty members; systematically follows the course file monitoring processes.

Evaluates the validity, reliability, and compliance with program qualifications of various measurement tools such as exams, projects, and assignments.

Carries out analyses regarding the administered exams; provides feedback to both students and faculty members in line with the data obtained.

Evaluates the measurement and evaluation requests coming from faculty members and provides support on needed issues.

Analyzes the problems encountered in the measurement and evaluation processes, develops solution proposals, and shares them with relevant stakeholders.
