DECISION ON THE DUTIES, AUTHORITIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF COMMISSIONS
STUDENT AND STAFF EXCHANGE PROGRAMS COMMISSION

Evaluates student applications for national and international exchange programs such as Erasmus+, Farabi, and Mevlâna, and ensures the proper execution of the processes.

Performs course matching for incoming and outgoing exchange students; prepares and approves learning agreements in accordance with the relevant regulations.

Organizes information meetings for students applying to exchange programs; provides guidance on application conditions, the calendar, required documents, and the selection process.

Provides support in the orientation and academic counseling processes for foreign national students coming to the department.

Counsels and guides students about academic activities such as overseas internships, summer schools, joint projects, and the like within the scope of student mobility.

Carries out works and procedures related to mobility programs at the department level in coordination with the faculty coordinatorship and the International Relations Coordinatorship.

Identifies problems experienced within the scope of student mobility, develops solution proposals, and shares them with relevant units when necessary.

Works in coordination with the International Relations Coordinatorship within the scope of national and international exchange programs; contributes to the establishment of bilateral cooperation agreements with other universities.
