    If Yes: SSI Entry by the Faculty ➔ Execution of the Internship ➔ Submission of Completion Certificate
  • End: Archiving
9. Thesis Control Workflow
  • Start: Submission of Advisor-Approved Thesis Draft
  • Formal Review by the Commission
  • Comparison with the Thesis Writing Guidelines
  • Is it Compliant with the Guidelines?
  • If No (Errors Found): Returned to the student with a correction form ➔ Return to the beginning (Draft Submission).
    If Yes: Approval of Formal Compliance ➔ Submission of the Final Bound Thesis
  • End: Transition to Jury Selection Process
10. University-Industry Cooperation Workflow

1. Preparation Process

2. Application and Evaluation Process
  • Student Application (With Petition and Transcript - Ends 10 days before registration week)
  • Commission Review (Are conditions met?)
  • If No (CGPA < 3.00, Failed Courses, Outside Top 20%): Application is rejected. Process ends.
    If Yes (All Conditions Met): Score Ranking is done ➔ Main/Reserve List is generated ➔ Submitted for Faculty Executive Board (FEB) Decision.
3. Registration and Adaptation Process
  • Final Registration Process (Registration Week)
  • Commission's Determination of Courses/Adaptation (Identification of Equivalent and Additional Courses)
  • FEB Approval and SIS (Student Information System) Operations
  • End: Start of Double Major / Minor Program
