**Program Learning Outcomes**
1. Possesses the necessary research and planning knowledge to interpret, analyze, and evaluate international trade and finance phenomena they will encounter in real life.
2. Has the knowledge to theoretically explain fundamental concepts of international trade, finance, and economic sciences, apply them in practice, and evaluate them.
3. Has the ability to access original sources of information related to international trade and finance and interpret, analyze, and evaluate this information in economic-financial events from an interdisciplinary perspective.
4. Has the ability to use technical software (Excel, Eviews, STATA, SPSS, etc.) to analyze international trade and finance data, evaluate results, and create reports.
5. Has the competence to independently or as part of a team fulfill assigned tasks and responsibilities in interpreting and solving global trade and finance problems, organize research and applications, solve problems, and take responsibility.
6. Has the competence to evaluate commercial and financial events with a critical approach by adopting the principles of lifelong learning, questioning, and knowledge sharing, and by correctly understanding cause-effect relationships.
7. Has the ability to analyze current developments in international trade and finance, recognize knowledge and skill deficiencies, plan to overcome them, and learn.
8. Has the competence to use at least one foreign language at the B1 level professionally to follow developments in the field of international trade and finance with a sense of social responsibility and to share expertise with international colleagues.
9. Has the competence to present outputs by transforming international trade and finance knowledge into practice in professional and academic environments such as projects, workshops, seminars, and conferences, synthesizing theoretical background with quantitative methods.
10. Has the competence to summarize, analyze, and evaluate trade and finance data using information technologies at the European Computer Driving Licence Basic Level.
11. Has the competence to observe scientific and ethical values in the processes of production, analysis, and evaluation of trade and finance data and to be open to innovations in these processes.
