MINOR, DOUBLE MAJOR, LATERAL AND VERTICAL TRANSFER COMMISSION

Plans and carries out the application, acceptance, and monitoring processes regarding the Double Major and Minor programs that department students can apply to.

Develops proposals for opening new Double Major/Minor programs in accordance with the legislation and submits them to the relevant boards.

Evaluates the content, credit, and suitability of the courses students will take within the scope of the Double Major/Minor and contributes to the adaptation process.

Ensures course matching and the harmony of course plans by working in coordination with other departments.

Evaluates and guides student requests on issues such as course selection, course conflicts, and course load.

Conducts analysis regarding the academic follow-up and success of Double Major/Minor students, and provides support to advisors and students when needed.
