UNIVERSITY-INDUSTRY COLLABORATION COMMISSION

  • Ensures the transfer of the department's academic knowledge to the industrial sector and the reflection of industry needs in academic studies.

  • Ensures the development, planning, and coordination of projects to be carried out within the scope of university-industry collaboration.

  • Encourages the participation of department faculty members and students in joint research, practice, and project works with industrial enterprises.

  • Communicates with industrial enterprises and develops protocols to increase the internship, practice, and project-based learning opportunities for department students.

  • Ensures the organization of seminars, conferences, and technical trips by inviting industry representatives.

  • Follows the employment opportunities of graduates in the industrial sector and makes relations with the industry sustainable.

  • Evaluates research, consultancy, or training requests from industrial enterprises and directs them to the appropriate faculty members.

  • Regularly reports the results of university-industry collaboration activities and submits them to the department head.

  • Ensures that the commission's activities are carried out in compliance with the strategic goals and quality processes of the department.

  • Works in coordination with other faculty or university units to strengthen collaboration processes when necessary.
